RELIANCE -  The first peaches to ripen of the season, they are a smaller, bright yellow flesh with a sweet/tart flavor! This variety needs to be picked and processed the same day.  They do not hold well. Great for fresh eating, baking, dehydrating and freezing. Personally, we do not like them for canning, but they are listed as a canning peach.  They are a freestone peach when picked ripe.

RED HAVEN -  This is the best all-around peach with its big juicy sweet flavor. Very popular following among our customers! It is great for fresh eating, baking, freezing and good for canning. They are a freestone peach, but act more semi-freestone!

Canadian Harmony- A large, firmer, yellow flesh peach that is great for fresh eating, freezing, baking and jam. We personally prefer Red Havens or Veterans for canning. Yes, they are a freestone peach when picked ripe.

They are beautiful right now with a great peachy flavor!

Hale Haven - Fruit has an attractive yellow skin blushed with a red cheek and firm, juicy flesh complete with a rich sweet taste.

Veteran- The last variety of peach to ripen for the year. Veterans are the rockstar peach for canning! They are medium sized, with a firmer flesh that allows them to keep their shape while processing for canning. Also great for fresh eating, baking, and freezing. Yes, they are a freestone peach!
